  • An order, once placed, can only be canceled until it is processed.
  • We put great efforts to ensure the quality of the products. Our products are handmade, and there can be variations & natural blemishes which are not product flaws but inherent parts of the manufacturing process.
  • Due to the high cost of shipping of home decor products, we do not permit return/ exchange except in case of a manufacturing defect or damage in transit wherein we will replace the product.

This may happen during a security check at the airport or during transit, but it is not necessary that the product may also get damaged as we take every precaution while packing. There shall not be any replacement or refund in case of the damaged outer packaging, but the contents are in good condition.
